Excellent tooling technology through long years of experience
The nak-vibration feeders operate with compensation of vibration forces, that means the vibration forces are balanced inside the appliance.
The compensation of vibration forces results from the principle of counter vibration..
Properties and advantages of the compensation of vibratory forces:
- - vibration forces are balanced in the basic appliance
- - reduction of transmission of vibratory forces
- - defined and fixed interfaces toward assembly facility through compensation of torque in the linear feeder
- - flexible adjustment to specific feeding problems by variation of feeding-specific parameters like spring angle and rigidity of spring
- - omission of heavy countermasses results in lower weight of basic appliances and saving of energy
- - consequent modular-design principle in segmental construction
